Dear Tim,

I would like to express my thanks for such a wonderful experience I had at your salon on Saturday 29 August 2009.  I have been a customer of Hair Traders for a number of years now and I always enjoy my visit – however I feel that this one deserves a special mention.  I am travelling overseas on Wednesday for a month long holiday and as such cash is very tight at the moment.  It was so kind of you to give me a complimentary blow-dry.

My stylist for the visit was Leanne – and she was brilliant.  She was so competant and I was so impressed with my hair when it was done.  I don’t think I’ve ever left a hairdressing salon happier with how my hair looked and felt.

I also wanted to compliment your entire staff on the day.  It was extremely busy and everyone was hurrying around doing something.  Your team worked really well together and I would like to commend the attitude of your apprentices – especially Rebecca – who, even though to me she seemed quite young and new to hairdressing, she really did her best and I was very impressed with the level of service that she not only provided me, but to your other clients as well.  She had a great attitude on the day and was constantly being asked to help here or there, and always did it with a little smile on her face.

The team at Hair Traders is fantastic.  There’s a very dynamic and bubbly vibe in your establishment which is rare to see these days.
